We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and approved through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process. Custom and made-to-order products may not be eligible for return.


3. Do you offer price matching?

Yes. If you find the identical product from an authorized U.S. retailer at a lower advertised price, contact us before placing your order and we'll gladly review your request.


4. Do you offer financing?

Financing options may be available during checkout through our payment partners, subject to approval.


5. Are your products covered by a warranty?

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it becomes subject to our Return & Refund Policy.


9. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information. Freight shipments may receive separate tracking or scheduling updates from the carrier.


10. What payment methods do you accept?

11. Do you charge sales tax?
