By placing an order with BackyardHomeOutlet, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully authorized.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking information when available.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • Parcel Shipments: 3–7 business days
  • Freight Deliveries: 5–10 business days
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products: Delivery times vary depending on the manufacturer.

Free Shipping

Many products on BackyardHomeOutlet qualify for Free Shipping within the contiguous United States.

If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

Freight Deliveries

Large items such as:

  • Outdoor Kitchens
  • Pergolas
  • Fire Features
  • Built-in Grills
  • Outdoor Refrigerators
  • Pizza Ovens
  • Patio Furniture Sets

may be delivered by an LTL freight carrier.

For freight deliveries:

  • A delivery appointment may be required.
  • An adult (18 years or older) must be available to receive the shipment.
  • Deliveries are generally made to curbside unless otherwise specified by the carrier.

Additional delivery services such as liftgate, inside delivery, or white-glove service may be available for certain products and locations.

Inspect Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for delivery.

If you notice visible damage:

  • Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt.
  • Take photographs of the packaging and product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report shipping damage promptly may affect the ability to file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not offer standard shipping to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. Territories
  • International destinations

Customers requiring delivery outside these areas are welcome to contact us for a custom shipping quote.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

For freight shipments, tracking details or carrier contact information will be provided when available.
